Breakfast in My Story Hotel Figueira
Restaurant/Places to Eat in My Story Hotel Figueira
Property Building in My Story Hotel Figueira
Central location to shops restaurants and bars and tourist attractions. Hotel is modern, clean and staff are very friendly. Got a free room upgrade and given a 20 percent discount to use in their restaurant where we had a great dinner with steak and fish. Also received a voucher with a free welcome drink and had wine and beer. Room has everything including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, hairdryer, coffee machine and a kettle. There is a mini fridge with drinks and snacks which you need to pay for but has complimentary water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. We booked the airport transfers through Booking.com and was only around £12 each way and very reliable. We used Ubers the whole time while in Lisbon. We did a 35 minute journey and it was only 11 euros.

The location of this hotel is excellent, perfectly situated between the Barrio Alto and Alfama, and next to Rua Augusta. The reception staff are incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade from a double room to a suite on the third floor, which offered a stunning view of Figueira Square. Additionally, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink and a discount on the lounge food. They truly know how to make their guests happy. The room was spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh fruit and high-quality cakes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

The only complaint I have, that will soon be addressed, is no lounge area with comfortable chairs and sofas to sit while you wait for your room. I arrived at 11am and since check-in isn't till 3 p.m., I had no place to sit other than very uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant. I had a tour at 2:30pm and had to leave so I did not get into my room till 7pm. There were many other guests waiting as well. Andri, the Front Office Manager, was terrific. Room lovely, very clean and good view of the square. Location is a "10" and staff friendliness. I was there for 3 nights.and he gave me a late check out as my train for Porto did not leave till 1:15pm. Really great breakfast buffet with friendly staff.

Have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We unexpectedly got upgraded and we were delighted. A free bottle of wine, pastel de nata’s and drink vouchers were left for us. We had a great view of the square and considering how busy the atmosphere is outside, you cannot hear any of that in the room with the windows and shutters closed. The staff were extremely accommodating, took our luggage to our room, showed us to our room and rang to check everything was okay. The coffee machine and pods and water that was refilled every day was also a lovely touch. The bed was huge, very comfy, lovely soft feel to the sheets and the shower was perfect.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, so close to all the city sights, shopping and dining areas. The interior design and appointments are exceptional , the rooms spacious, elegant and well appointed. Loved the Rituals products in the bathroom and complimentary robes, Portuguese tarts , bottled water and welcome drink vouchers . The staff ( particularly Andre at the front desk ) are amazing. Andre couldn’t do enough to help me. He arranged to store my bags in advance of my stay whilst I hiked in Portugal , carted them to and from my room and then even carried my bags to the taxi, instructed the driver to look after me and carefully put me in the car.
